• Nevada Sale Opt-Out: Nevada residents may submit a request directing us not to sell their covered information by emailing support@getopencourt.com. We do not currently sell personal information.

However, no security measures are infallible, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data. If a data-security incident involving personal information occurs, we will notify affected individuals—and any required state authorities—without unreasonable delay and, where legally mandated, within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach.
